Conducted as an interactive table-top exercise during a planned workshop with your team, the Incident Response Simulation Service allows your organisation to undertake a practical exercise using an interactive simulation platform.

Participants work through a simulated cyber security incident to role-play the associated steps to take to correctly use your IR Plan, improving your organisations ability to accurately respond to a cyber security incident.

Injects liven things up

Using an "inject" - a planned scenario from our inject library is introduced during an incident simulation to trigger participant actions and evaluate how they respond.

Injects are designed to:

• Simulate realistic incident progression

• Test specific capabilities and controls

• Introduce uncertainty and time pressure

• Force decisions and communication

• Measure team performance against objectives

Without injects, a tabletop exercise primarily a discussion rather than an active simulation.

Our experienced consultant sets objectives for participants - allocating tasks, actions, questions to participants and assesses how they respond.

Simulation reporting  includes an executive summary, and details on the identified strengths, weaknesses and gaps.
